Marc Perry Architect, Inc. was started in 2005, with the belief that high quality architectural services could be provided for all projects through a thoughtful and efficient design process.  MPA offers particular expertise in residential, educational, industrial, and commercial (office, retail, and restaurant) type projects, with an emphasis on energy efficient and environmentally conscious design and construction.  MPA has completed hundreds of projects and is proud to have many repeat clients.  Qualifications for key personnel are listed below, but please also take a look at our client testimonials as client satisfaction is our most important achievement.

Through our sister company, ELEMENTS Consulting (www.elementsconsult.com), we can provide sustainability assessment, solar shading studies, energy analysis, the preparation of “green” specifications, and assistance with building certification programs such as LEED or CHPS.

Prior to starting his own practice, Marc Perry worked for various architectural firms within the Ventura, Marina del Rey, and Santa Barbara areas. In addition to his own firm’s experience, Marc has gained experience with previous employers on a wide range of projects types, such as: airport terminals, university/college buildings, restaurants, fire stations, K-12 schools, single and multi-family custom residences, offices, and retail.
